    How quickly are orders completed?

    A physical order is prepared within 2 business days. After leaving the warehouse, it will reach you within 1-2 days, depending on the chosen delivery method. Certificates and other personalized products are shipped within 7 business days. Digital products are sent immediately by email and are also available in the Customer Panel.

    Where can I find access to thee-book I purchased?

    E-books and other digital content are available in the Customer Panel under the My content section. They are also automatically sent to the email address provided during registration within a few minutes after purchase. If the e-book or other digital content does not reach you, please check your Spam folder, and if you encounter any issues, contact us through the contact form.

    How can I pay for my order if the online payment failed?

    Log in to the Customer Panel and go to the Orders and payments section. Select your order and then click “Pay.” You have 3 days to complete the payment. If you do not manage to do so, the purchase will be automatically canceled.

    Where can I order products with international shipping?

    You can purchase all digital products regardless of your location, as long as you have internet access. Physical shipments are sent to all European countries except areas affected by war or at risk of war.

    What payment methods are available in the store?

    You can choose from the following payment methods: PayU (quick transfer, BLIK, card payment, installment payment), PayPal, and traditional bank transfer. Tickets for in-person training sessions can also be purchased in installments. For this, please contact my consultant.

    What are the shipping options?

    Shipments are carried out via DPD courier (18 PLN) or InPost parcel lockers (16 PLN). International shipping costs are higher and depend on the destination country. Digital products are sent by email and are available in the Customer Panel.

    Can I expect promotions and lower prices?

    No, because the prices in the store are the lowest possible in relation to the quality. From time to time, I offer special discounts and promotions, but this does not happen often. Sign up for my newsletter to not miss any opportunities and to get notified when a new promotion is available in the store.
