The process is structured into two distinct stages to maximize your results. First, we meet for a intensive 60-minute diagnostic session where you can lay out your entire story, patterns and challenges. I will perform a behavioral and attachment-style analysis of your current situation. Then, after I synthesize the data, we meet for a second, 30-minute integration session dedicated entirely to presenting your results and actionable roadmap.
Your love life may involve a relationship, a man who gives mixed signals, a breakup, dating difficulties, marriage doubts, emotional attachment, repeated disappointment or the absence of the kind of man you truly want. Each of these situations requires a different kind of support. Choosing the wrong service can cost you time, money and emotional energy, because the session may answer only one part of the problem while the real issue remains untouched.
This consultation helps you choose the right direction before you invest in deeper work.
During the first 60-minute meeting, you tell me what is happening in your love life, what has already happened, what you want, what hurts, what feels uncertain and what decision you are trying to make. I ask targeted questions, look at the full context and identify which area needs attention first.
After that meeting, I review your situation and prepare a PDF summary with my conclusions and recommended next steps. This is not a generic checklist. It is a written recommendation based on your story, your current emotional position, the relationship dynamic, the man involved, your dating situation or the romantic decision in front of you.
Then we meet again for a 30-minute follow-up session. During this second meeting, I explain the recommendation, answer your questions and show you which path makes the most sense for you now.
The result may be a recommendation to book a specific consultation, start one of my programs, buy one of my eBooks, join a workshop or seek another type of professional support outside my work.
Initial Case Review is not a replacement for a consultation or coaching process. It is a first professional assessment designed to help you choose the right service before you go deeper. It is not a coaching session, relationship consultation or advice session. During this service, I do not provide relationship advice, love strategy, psychological support, crisis intervention or a solution to your situation.
The purpose of Initial Case Review is to review your case, understand which area of work it belongs to and recommend the most appropriate next step, such as a consultation, program, eBook, workshop or another form of professional support.
