  1.  In accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (commonly referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation”), Star Valley Sp. z o.o., based in Kraków, Rynek Główny 28, registered under KRS number 0000800552, NIP 6762569902 (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Star Valley”), is the controller of the personal data of Users who are natural persons. This means that Star Valley determines the purposes and methods of processing Users’ personal data at its own discretion and responsibility. If you have any questions or concerns about how your personal data is protected by Star Valley, please contact us. Personal data includes any information that can identify you, such as your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address for purchases or service bookings made on the platform anetamildiani.com. When we refer to “processing” in this document, we mean any operations performed on your personal data (e.g., storing or analyzing it for the purpose of providing services to you).

This data may include, for example, the User’s name, email address, and mailing address. Depending on the User’s choice, they can also create a profile within the account that may contain additional data, such as location, name, and phone number.   2. The entity placing information in the form of cookies and similar technologies on the end-user device (e.g., computer, laptop, smartphone, Smart TV) and accessing that information is Star Valley.

USE OF COLLECTED DATA

  1. Star Valley processes (e.g., collects, stores, analyzes, etc.) Users’ personal data on anetamildiani.com for the following purposes:
    a) To provide the offered services;
    b) To ensure the management of the User’s account and transactions, including resolving technical issues;
    c) To create and manage the User’s account;
    d) To enable full use of the anetamildiani.com website, including the ability to make transactions;

    b) Your data may be transferred to entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller, such as IT service providers, payment providers, or accounting firms. Such entities process data under a contract with the controller and strictly according to the controller’s instructions. In such cases, we require third parties to maintain confidentiality and data security and to use the data solely to provide the respective service or product. Depending on the contractual agreements, these entities may either act on our behalf or independently determine their data processing purposes and methods.
    c) Star Valley may share Users’ personal data with public authorities that support Star Valley in fighting fraud and abuse or as part of investigations into potential legal violations or breaches of the Star Valley Terms and Conditions.
  4. Under this Privacy Policy, Star Valley commits to not selling Users’ personal data. In the event of a business restructuring, sale, or transfer of assets or a significant portion of them to a new owner, Users’ personal data may be transferred to the buyer to ensure the continuity of services under anetamildiani.com.

    II. Google Analytics, along with its advertising features, uses Cookies to analyze how the Service is used.
    III. The data obtained is processed collectively and anonymously (meaning it does not identify individuals).

    I. The Service uses functionalities provided by Hotjar Ltd (headquartered at St Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta), which monitors and records User behavior on the Service. This tool collects data about User activities such as navigation, scrolling, and cursor movements. It also gathers information about location, the device used, the operating system, browser, and Cookies. Hotjar helps analyze these activities to improve the usability of the Service.

USER CONTROL METHODS

  1. A User who exercises their right to object under the General Data Protection Regulation should log out from all devices and delete cookies (in some cases, this process may take up to 48 hours).

  1. All data collected by Star Valley is protected using reasonable technical and organizational measures and security procedures to safeguard it from unauthorized access or misuse. Entities affiliated with Star Valley, trusted partners, and external service providers are committed to managing the data in accordance with the security and privacy protection standards established by Star Valley.

RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. Users have the following rights concerning the processing of their personal data by us:
    a) The right to access their data, including obtaining a copy of the data;
    b) The right to request correction of the data;
    c) The right to request the deletion of data (in certain situations);
    d) The right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection;
    e) The right to restrict the processing of data.
  2. If a User’s personal data is processed based on consent, they also have the right to withdraw that consent regarding data processed on this basis. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  3. If personal data is processed based on consent or as part of a provided service (where the data is necessary for providing the service), the User also has the right to data portability. This means they can receive their personal data from the controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and transmit it to another data controller.
  4. If your data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the controller, you also have the following rights:
    a) The right to object to the processing of your data for reasons related to your particular situation.
    After successfully submitting an objection, your data will no longer be processed unless there is a compelling legitimate reason for processing that outweighs your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing is necessary for establishing, asserting, or defending legal claims.
