IN-PERSON TRAINING

Masterclass
Trenera Beauty

The Beauty Trainer Masterclass is a training course that familiarizes participants with conducting training sessions in the beauty industry. As awareness among service providers increases, the market is flooded with a vast number of training programs. To ensure that trainings provide real value, it’s not enough to be a skilled practitioner in your field. Expert knowledge in teaching techniques, training organization, formal and legal aspects, and communication is essential.
If you are already training, regardless of your experience, this course will help you systematize your knowledge, refine your techniques, and earn a certificate confirming your skills. If you are just starting to share your knowledge and your first training session is still ahead of you, the Beauty Trainer Masterclass will provide excellent theoretical and practical preparation. You will build your training program and its framework from A to Z and learn about the legal, financial, and marketing aspects related to the training industry.

As you likely realize, most training programs in the beauty industry are boring and formulaic, featuring little theory and a lot of “filler,” because instructors lack structured plans and don’t know how to make their training engaging. This stems from a lack of training and pedagogical preparation, as well as unfamiliarity with communication, motivation, and authority-building techniques. The good news is that all of this can be learned – from inspiration to methods for conveying knowledge and organizational know-how. You can make your trainees eager to apply your techniques and knowledge in practice and fall in love with your training sessions!

The course consists of lectures and a workshop component where you will practice the skills acquired with other participants.

A certificate will be awarded after completing a final assignment on the last day of the course – creating an original training program that aligns with the knowledge gained during the sessions.
