The modern coaching business thrives on popularity, transparency and charisma, because clients don’t just buy knowledge, they buy trust.
It is difficult to imagine a leader in any field who has not built a strong and recognizable personal brand. A well-crafted brand distinguishes someone who becomes a reference point within their industry from another professional who may possess the same skill level yet remains unnoticed, struggling to connect with their audience and to translate competence into real influence.
The belief that charisma is an innate gift is one of the most persistent myths in business psychology. In truth, charisma is a learned synthesis of self-awareness, emotional intelligence and deliberate communication. It grows from understanding one’s own identity and learning how to express it in a way that inspires confidence and loyalty. Once this process becomes conscious, building a personal brand stops being a marketing trick and becomes an act of leadership.
This training will help you explore the direction in which you should develop as an expert. You will learn specific methods to gain authority among your clients, as well as how to speak publicly in front of smaller or larger audiences, both live and online and you’ll discover how to earn the loyalty of the audience.
You’ll also learn marketing aspects, as even the best service won’t sell if no one knows about it. Merely establishing a presence in the market and being noticed by clients does not guarantee success, as countless coaches learn every day.
To avoid being just a fleeting trend, one must become an icon rather than a seasonal hit.
Also, you’ll get familiar with highest-standard customer-care, because you cannot be a good seller of your services if you don’t know how to care for your clients’ well-being and maintain honest, mutually beneficial relationships.
The training consists of live lectures online through Zoom and intensive real-scenario exercises, which you will practice with other participants.
The course is performed on 3 weekends – 4 hours on Saturdays and 4 hours on Sundays and ends with obtaining a PDF certificate after final presentations of learned skills. Also, prepare for own work between our meetings – it’s an intensive program which will completely prepare you to expand your coaching business or start it, if up to now you didn’t have the courage to do it!

FIRST SATURDAY
On the first day, we will begin by defining your development direction. We will examine various business models and you will choose the one that best fits your business. You will also learn how to assess the profitability of your venture and make initial business decisions, as well as outline development. We will address the facts and myths surrounding personal branding and the mental barriers that may hinder your image as an expert. Additionally, you will discover how to analyze the competition and what insights it can bring to your business. The basics of branding will also be discussed.

FIRST SUNDAY
The second day’s program primarily focuses on the initial contact with clients and pre-sale and post-sale service. The client service process is broken down into its components, taking into account the client’s personality type and the corresponding communication methods. A strong emphasis is placed on sales ethics, which benefit both parts. Significant attention is also given to the psychological barriers that hinder the sale of services. Also, ready-made solutions and methods for managing stress during challenging moments are provided.

In the business world, especially in the coaching industry, there are strict unwritten rules regarding attire, behavior, and even communication styles. You will get to know how to promote yourself in the industry and among the clients. Also, we’ll discuss what to do in case of an image crisis.

On fourth day you will gain knowledge about branding and marketing online. You will also create your BIO, which will help you make the ideal first impression on your audience in online settings. You will define your target audience and identify who your marketing message is aimed at, allowing you to personalize it based on client types and price ranges. You will become familiar with the frameworks for creating effective advertisements and learn how to avoid ads that break regulations. We will discuss the structure of a website, with a strong emphasis on its role in encouraging service bookings and the basics of search engine optimization (SEO) and content creation. Also, we’ll talk about using AI and its ethics.

THIRD SATURDAY
On fifth day, you will learn how to build your authority and identify the needs of a larger group. You’ll get familiar with organizing corporate workshops or larger events with more participants. You will explore specific tools that will help you build a relationship with the group and capture their interest, as well as learn how to handle situations such as an undisciplined participant or addressing incompetence. In addition to practical know-how, psychological aspects such as stage fright and introversion will also be addressed.
