How quickly are orders completed?
All digital products are sent immediately by email and are also available in the Customer Panel.

Where can I find access to the materials I purchased?
Guides, eBooks and other digital content are available in the Customer panel under the My digital products section. They are also automatically sent to the email address provided during registration within a few minutes after purchase. If the eBook or other digital content does not reach you, please check your Spam folder. If you bought an online course, you can access it in the Customer panel under the My online courses section.

How can I pay for my order if the online payment failed?
Log in to the Customer panel and go to the Orders and payments section. Select your order and then click “Pay.” You have 3 days to complete the payment. If you do not manage to do so, the purchase will be automatically canceled.

Can I pay in my local currency?
Yes, all prices are listed in US dollars, but don’t worry, the system automatically converts the payment into your local currency at checkout. The final amount will be shown before you confirm your order, so you always know exactly what you’re paying.

What payment methods are available in the store?
You can choose to pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Tickets for in-person workshops are paid via a Stripe link sent by my team after booking.

Can I access the materials on my phone and tablet?
Yes, all materials like eBooks and courses, are fully accessible on any device, including your phone and tablet. Every workbook available in the shop is interactive and easy to fill out directly on screen, so you can work on your transformation anytime, anywhere without needing to print.

How long will I have access to the online course after purchasing it?
You will have access to each purchased course for one year. This timeframe is optimal for fully mastering the material. I also want to ensure that my students are learning the most current methods and information, avoiding outdated knowledge.
