No, you can begin with the exercises that feel most relevant to your current situation and skip the ones that do not seem directly connected to your life right now. However, I strongly encourage you not to dismiss them too quickly, because the questions that appear distant from your current circumstances may still reveal blind spots, prepare you for future situations, or show you something about yourself that you did not yet know. How long does it take to complete the entire workbook?
