My journey to feminine energy and finding life purpose

Before I became a relationship coach for women, my professional life looked entirely different. I was deeply immersed in the world of female entrepreneurship. I was a business trainer, an expert in change and strategy development. My journey began with aesthetic clinics in Cracow, Wroclaw and Warsaw in Poland. I built them from the ground up, refining every detail, from marketing strategies to impeccable customer service. The results exceeded expectations. My businesses grew rapidly, attracting clients and gaining a solid reputation.

Why women entrepreneurs seek guidance on success and balance?

Over time, more and more people in the industry started asking me about the secret to my success. “How did you start?”, “What did you do differently than others?”, “How do you build something from scratch that truly works?” These questions became so frequent that I had no choice and I started offering business consultations. At first, they were one-on-one, then I expanded into larger training sessions and workshops for beauty entrepreneurs.

Eventually, I also worked with owners of flower shops, pet salons, event planning businesses, and many other female-led ventures. I worked with women who dreamed of running their own companies but struggled with finding a way how to balance career and personal life.

How coaching skills transformed my way of helping women grow?

I wanted to do it right. I learned firsthand what it takes to build a successful business as a woman – how to navigate a male-dominated industry, how to market yourself effectively, and how to develop a brand that not only brings financial success but also aligns with personal values.

But I knew that my business experience was one thing, but effectively sharing knowledge was a completely different skill. So, I completed coaching studies and later a pedagogical course to master the art of teaching. I designed a comprehensive, meticulously structured training programs. The women who attended my courses were thrilled. They knew how to transform their businesses, how to scale, how to solve complex issues. And yet… something was holding them back from taking action.

I started noticing this pattern more and more often. They had the knowledge. They had a plan. They had a strategy. And yet, they weren’t implementing it.
What was holding these women back?

Why women struggle with business success and how to overcome it?

For many of my students, business challenges were not the real issue. There was something deeper, something much more powerful that kept them from fully focusing on professional growth. At first, I thought the problem was purely strategic. Maybe they needed better marketing plans? A stronger business model? But the more I worked with them, the clearer it became what was causing the problem.

Their personal lives.

How personal life shapes professional success?

Some women had partners who discouraged them from growing their businesses, subtly making them feel guilty for wanting more. Others were consumed by the search for love, feeling that success wouldn’t be as fulfilling without a partner to share it with. There were also women who, after having children, found themselves shouldering nearly all parenting responsibilities alone, leaving no room for professional development. Many struggled with imposter syndrome, questioning whether they were “good enough” to build something great.

Mindset, guilt and imposter syndrome in female entrepreneurs

The real issue was not business skills, but mindset, relationships and self-worth.
No matter how modern or independent they aspired to be, one thing remained constant: their emotions, relationships and love lives were the forces shaping their choices.

The more women I trained, the more I saw the same patterns repeating. I saw among my coaching clients:

  • Women who were highly skilled and educated that didn’t have time for career development being too busy searching for love or their partner’s attention.
  • Women that felt torn between financial success and their personal life and felt confused because all their life they’ve been told that they can have it all in the same time.
  • Women who started a business but felt guilty about spending less time with their families and they’ve been often criticized for that.

How can you build a business that doesn’t just make money, but also makes you happy? That was the question I became obsessed with answering. And that’s when I realized that the real obstacle wasn’t a business problem at all. It was rooted in relationships, self-worth and emotional struggles.

Work-life balance for women – the key to long-term success

I couldn’t ignore this realization. If I truly wanted to help women succeed, not just professionally but in life, then I had to go deeper.

That was the beginning of my transition into relationship coaching. I immersed myself in personal development, mindset coaching and relationship psychology.

How to overcome limiting beliefs and balance life with career?

I studied how to find your passion and turn it into a career that doesn’t affect your relationship, how to overcome limiting beliefs and how to balance ambition with joy of real life. I observed, I asked questions, I engaged in deep conversations, searching for methods that could bring real, lasting transformation.

And suddenly… I saw real results in the lives of my students. Their businesses grew faster than ever before. They stopped feeling guilty about their success. And finally they built financial independence while staying true to their femininity.

What true success really means for women entrepreneurs?

I noticed that when a woman resolves the struggles in her personal life, everything else falls into place. She gains confidence, her energy returns, she starts taking action. Her business flourishes. Her life improves on every level.
I was stunned. I had never seen such profound, tangible changes before. And for the first time in my life, I felt something beyond mere satisfaction from doing my job well.

I felt a mission.

This was no longer just work. It wasn’t just a way to earn money or run a successful business. It was something far greater. It was making a real impact on people’s lives.

I finally understood that success isn’t just about numbers. It’s not about how much I earned, how many businesses I helped grow, or how many marketing strategies I implemented.

Success is that moment when you see that your work is changing someone’s life for the better.

How to make a life-changing decision?

At some point, I had to make a choice. Should I focus on my clinics? Should I continue with business coaching and focus on financial strategies? Or should I fully dedicate myself to helping women in their relationships and personal fulfillment?

I could have done everything at once. Many entrepreneurs do. I knew I had the skills and the discipline to manage it all. But did I want to live that way? Overworking myself, spreading my energy too thin, never having time for my own life?

No way!

Facing fear and risk when making a big life decision

I’m also a woman and I understood that my personal life is as important to me as for all the other women. And I didn’t want to sacrifice it.

So, I made a decision. Love and relationships are the foundation of our lives. We can pretend otherwise, but the truth is, if we are unhappy in love, every other area of life suffers. That is the core of our being, especially when it comes to feminine energy.

I left business coaching behind and dedicated myself entirely to what I loved most: helping women build fulfilling relationships.

Of course, I was scared. Every big change comes with risk. Would I be able to earn a living from this? Would clients come? Would I make it? Those questions used to awaken me at night and terrify me. I was leaving very profitable business with an established position on the market. I was known in the beauty business industry, I didn’t have to fight for clients. By changing the profile of my business, I was literally starting from scratch. I was risking everything.

The rewards of following your passion and intuition

Would it have been easier to stay in my comfort zone? Of course. But I trusted my intuition and calling of my heart. Today, I know that it was the best decision I ever made.

Not only did I not lose financial stability, but on the contrary, my income grew. More importantly, every single day, I feel that my work has meaning. That I am doing something that not only sustains me but also truly transforms the lives of women. That’s priceless. And yes, I’m happy.

How to build a successful business as a female entrepreneur?

I no longer define myself as just a coach. Nor do I see myself as a traditional therapist.

I integrate knowledge from multiple disciplines – coaching, psychology, NLP and personal development methods. I don’t limit myself to a single approach. I draw from everything that works, everything that brings real change.

Because at the end of the day, results are what matter. So, every time I have doubts, I make a short checkup:

  • Are my clients regaining control over their lives?
  • Are they breaking free from toxic patterns in love?
  • Are they learning to build relationships that empower them instead of draining them?

If the answer is yes, then I know I am doing exactly what I was meant to do.

And that’s my story.

The biggest fears women face when building a business

Today, I have no doubts. I am exactly where I am meant to be.

But I also know that many women haven’t been as lucky as I have. That on one hand, they want to make a change, to build the career of their dreams, but on the other, they’re afraid that if they choose themselves, they’ll lose something important. Maybe time with their family. Maybe financial stability. Maybe a part of themselves.

And also, they constantly fear. I’ve seen this fear repeat itself again and again among women entrepreneurs. Some worry about being judged for prioritizing their business. Others fear they will lose their femininity if they focus too much on career success. These doubts often stop women from taking the first step toward success.

You can build a business and still live a fulfilling life as a woman

After years of my own experiences and working with thousands of women, I can say one thing for certain: you don’t have to choose. You can achieve professional success and still have a beautiful, fulfilling life as a woman. You can make great money, build the business of your dreams, and still have time for your partner, be a wonderful mother, embrace your femininity and truly enjoy each day.

What I want women to know is this: building a successful business doesn’t mean sacrificing love, family or happiness. With the right mindset, tools and support, you can create a business that thrives while living a life that feels balanced, feminine and whole. And that is the kind of success that lasts.

The secret to having it all: How to build a business and life that feels right?

I didn’t stop at building my own business. Over the years, I expanded, tested, failed, succeeded and refined every part of my professional life. What started small grew into something much larger: a platform for real transformation.

Today, I continue to develop not only as an entrepreneur but also academically. I study psychology to deepen my understanding of human behavior, motivation and relationships, so that the tools I teach are not just inspirational but also rooted in science. Every month I attend some course that level-up my skills. I also developed my own methods based on science and data. And most importantly, while I do all this, I have happy and fulfilling personal life.

From my own transformation to my own Coaching Institute

When I fully stepped into relationship coaching, I thought my work would mainly happen through private sessions, courses, articles and books. I imagined helping women directly, one by one, guiding them through heartbreak, confusion, toxic patterns, feminine energy, communication and the search for real love.

And for a long time, that was exactly what I did.

But the more women I worked with, the more I saw that my approach was becoming something more structured. It was no longer only advice, intuition or experience. It was turning into a method. A clear way of understanding women, men, relationships, emotional patterns, self worth, communication and transformation.

That method became the foundation of The Heart Formula®.

At first, I used it only in my own work with clients. Then I started seeing how repeatable the process was. Different women came to me with different stories, but underneath those stories, the same emotional mechanisms kept appearing again and again. The same fears, wounds, mistakes in communication and loss of feminine identity. I saw the same confusion between love, attachment and survival.

That was the moment I understood that my work could reach far beyond my own private practice.

I did not want to keep this knowledge only for myself. I wanted to create a place where other women could learn how to work with relationships in a serious, structured and professional way. Not by repeating motivational slogans or giving random advice, especially not by copying internet trends, but by learning a complete method that combines relationship psychology, coaching tools, feminine energy, emotional patterns, communication and real transformation.

That is how the vision for Mildiani Coaching Institute was born.

Mildiani Coaching Institute is a school for future relationship coaches who want to help women with depth and responsibility, because they feel called to guide others through love, self worth, heartbreak, commitment, communication and relationship decisions. But who also want a real structure behind their work, not just intuitive “woo-woo”.

For me, creating this institute is not a separate project from my coaching career. It is the natural next step. First, I worked with women directly. Then I created my own method. Now I am building a place where that method can be taught to others, so more women can receive the kind of guidance that truly changes their lives. And I love it!

How did Aneta Mildiani become a relationship coach?

Aneta Mildiani became a relationship coach after years of working with women as an entrepreneur, business trainer and coach. While helping women build businesses, she noticed that many professional blocks were connected to relationships, self worth, emotional patterns and personal life.

Why did Aneta Mildiani move from business coaching to relationship coaching?

Aneta Mildiani moved from business coaching to relationship coaching because she saw that many women did not fail because of lack of strategy. They struggled because of guilt, low self worth, toxic relationships, fear of success, emotional dependency or lack of support from their partners.

What does business success have to do with relationships?

Can women build a business without sacrificing love and femininity?

Yes, women can build a business without sacrificing love and femininity, but they need structure, emotional clarity and realistic priorities. Success does not have to mean burnout, emotional hardness or losing connection with personal life.

What is The Heart Formula®?

What is Mildiani Coaching Institute?

Mildiani Coaching Institute is Aneta Mildiani’s school for future relationship coaches. It was created to teach her original methods in a structured and professional way, so other women can learn how to support clients in love, self worth, communication and emotional transformation.

Do you need business experience to become a relationship coach?

Business experience is not always required to become a relationship coach, but it can be very helpful. A strong coaching career needs not only empathy and communication skills, but also structure, positioning, consistency, client care and the ability to build trust.

What makes a good relationship coach?

A good relationship coach understands emotional patterns, communication, boundaries, self worth and relationship dynamics. She also knows the limits of coaching, works responsibly and helps clients gain clarity without replacing therapy or professional mental health care.

How can a woman start her own coaching business?

A woman can start her own coaching business by choosing a clear niche, learning coaching skills, building authority and creating offers that solve real problems. The strongest coaching businesses are built on both personal mission and professional structure.

Do you need certification to become a relationship coach?

You do not always need a legal license to call yourself a relationship coach, but professional training and certification make you more credible. Clients want to know that you have structure, ethics, tools and a clear method, not only personal opinions about love.

Can you become a relationship coach without being a therapist?

Yes, you can become a relationship coach without being a therapist, but you must understand the difference between coaching and therapy. A relationship coach helps clients with goals, patterns, decisions, communication and personal growth, while therapy treats mental health conditions and deeper clinical issues.

What does a relationship coach actually do?

A relationship coach helps clients understand their love patterns, improve communication, set boundaries, rebuild self worth and make better relationship decisions. A coach does not simply give advice, but guides the client through a structured process of action and transformation.

What skills do you need to become a good relationship coach?

A good relationship coach needs strong listening skills, emotional intelligence, communication skills, ethical awareness, coaching tools and knowledge of relationship dynamics. She also needs the ability to ask powerful questions, recognize patterns and help clients take practical steps.

How do you choose a niche as a relationship coach?

You may specialize in dating, breakups, feminine energy, commitment, toxic relationships, communication, marriage preparation or helping women rebuild self worth.

How long does it take to become a relationship coach?

The time needed to become a relationship coach depends on the training path, your previous experience and how deeply you want to prepare. Some people start with a short course, but a serious coaching career usually requires structured education, practice, supervision, case work and continuous development. Professional courses start from 80-hours.

How do you start a coaching business?

To start a coaching business, you need a clear niche, a strong offer, a visible personal brand and a way to attract clients. You also need a professional framework for sessions, pricing, client communication, boundaries and long-term development.

How do relationship coaches get clients?

Relationship coaches get clients through content, referrals, social media, workshops, newsletters, webinars, articles and clear positioning. The key is to show that you understand the client’s problem and have a structured way to help them move forward.

What should you look for in a coaching school?

In a coaching school, you should look for structure, practical tools, ethical standards, real case examples and a clear method. A good school should teach not only theory, but also how to conduct sessions, support clients and build a professional coaching practice.

Is relationship coaching a good career?

Relationship coaching can be a good career for women who are interested in love, psychology, communication and personal transformation. It can be emotionally meaningful and financially rewarding, but it requires discipline, responsibility, business skills and continuous learning.

About Me

I have spent years exploring one question: Why does love decide about the quality of everything else in life? I started my career as a successful owner of aesthetic medicine clinics and later became a feminine business coach. While training women on business, I discovered that their professional struggles often stemmed from issues in their personal lives, most often related to love and relationships.

This realization inspired a profound change in my own path. I went on to specialize in relationship and feminine energy coaching, and to support my clients more consciously, I also attended formal psychology studies.

My work is dedicated to women who are tired of chaos, masks of strength, and loneliness. Through my signature method, The HEART Formula®, I guide them to rebuild their feminine energy, understand male–female polarization, and finally create relationships that bring security instead of frustration.

It’s the foundation of my work with clients from around the world. In every process, I combine science with what cannot be measured: emotions, intuition and energy. This is not just theory. It is years of practice, scientific knowledge, and the raw experiences of hundreds of women I’ve worked with. I know how quickly everything shifts once you know what you have to do to get what you want. Because happiness in love is not luck, but a result of strategy.
