How do I know if this consultation is right for my specific situation?

This consultation is designed for you if you’re dealing with any challenge in your romantic life right now. During our session, I listen to your exact circumstances and we build a strategy tailored specifically to what you’re experiencing. What exactly happens during our sixty minute session?

We begin with you sharing your situation in as much detail as feels comfortable. I ask targeted questions to understand the dynamics, patterns and emotional triggers at play. Then we identify exactly what’s blocking your progress and what you truly want to achieve. From there, I give you concrete strategies, specific techniques and a clear action plan you can start implementing immediately. You’ll leave with practical tools, not abstract concepts. Also, within two working days, I’ll prepare a PDF summary of our session.

How does the booking process work, step by step?

You click FILL OUT AN APPLICATION and complete the application form. The form is fully confidential and only I have access to it. Your answers help me evaluate whether I can genuinely help you with what you want, so you do not waste time or money on the wrong kind of support. It also gives me essential context, so when we meet we start strong and don’t spend your paid time on basics.

If I review your application and I believe I’m not the right support for your situation, I’ll recommend a more suitable type of consultation or guide you toward the next best step, so you still leave with direction rather than a dead end.

If I see that I can help you, I or my consultant will contact you by email or phone within forty eight hours to arrange a date and time that fits your schedule. You then receive a payment link and have eight hours to complete payment. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and your session is secured.

How does the session work and how do we meet?

Our session is held online, either on Zoom or Google Meet. On the day of your session, you will receive the meeting link no later than one hour before we begin and often earlier. At your scheduled time, you simply click the link and join the video call. No complicated setup, no guessing, no extra steps.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Everything you tell me is confidential. I treat your story with discretion and respect and I don’t disclose your information to third parties. There is only one narrow exception: if I believe there is a real risk of serious harm to you or to someone else, I may be required to take protective action. In rare situations, this can include contacting appropriate emergency services. This is not something you need to fear in normal emotional pain, tears, or a difficult moment.

What do I get from this consultation: emotional support or a strategy with structure?

You get strategy and structure delivered with warmth. You’ll feel understood, but you won’t receive comforting phrases instead of solutions. The output is a plan: decisions, boundaries, scripts and a clear sequence of actions. I focus on delivering results, not sweet, but empty words that won’t change anything.

Is one session really enough to see results?

In many cases, yes. One session can give you complete clarity, a solid strategy and immediate tools that shift your situation within days. Some clients resolve their issue in one conversation. Others choose to continue because they want ongoing support through implementation. My goal is always efficiency. I design our work so you can see tangible progress quickly, whether that’s better communication with your partner, increased confidence in dating, or clear direction on whether to stay or leave.

How do I choose between one, three and six or more sessions?

Choose one if you need a decisive plan for a specific problem right now: mixed signals, a crisis, a conversation, a breakup decision, a dating reset, or a commitment push.

Choose three if you want deeper understanding of your problem plus guided implementation and correction after you see his real reactions.

Choose a package of six or more sessions if the pattern is entrenched, the stakes are high, or you want a full rebuild of your love life strategy so you stop repeating the same cycle.

I’m embarrassed about my situation. Will you judge me?

Never. Believe me – I’ve seen it all. I’ve worked with women in every imaginable scenario, from affairs to toxic patterns to complete heartbreak. My role is not to judge but to understand and guide. Whatever you’re experiencing, I approach it with empathy and strategic thinking. Your situation is held in complete confidence and my focus is entirely on helping you move forward. The women who achieve the best results are those who share openly, because that allows me to give you the most precise guidance.

What if I can’t articulate my problem clearly and I don’t exactly know the core of it?

That’s completely normal and actually very common. Many women come to me feeling confused, overwhelmed or unable to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong. That’s part of what I help you with. Through my questions and our conversation, we’ll clarify together what the real issue is. Often what you think is the problem turns out to be a symptom of something deeper and that’s exactly what we uncover during our time together.

Do I have to do homework or exercises between sessions?

If you book multiple sessions, yes, there will be specific practices and exercises I ask you to apply between our meetings. This is how real change happens. Coaching requires your active participation, not just listening. However, the assignments are always practical and designed to fit into your daily life.

They’re not burdensome, they’re strategic actions that move you toward your goal. If you book only one session, I’ll give you tools and techniques to use, but there’s no formal homework since we won’t meet again unless you choose to.

Is this therapy? Do you treat mental health issues?

No. This is coaching for romantic relationship strategy. I do not provide medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. If you need clinical care, you should work with a licensed professional locally.

Also, if I determine that what you need is clinical treatment rather than coaching, I will tell you honestly and recommend that you seek support from a licensed psychotherapist or another appropriate professional.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy, and can I do both at the same time?

Therapy is designed to heal wounds. It often focuses on trauma, patterns rooted in the past and deep emotional repair. It can be challenging and painful, but for many people it’s necessary. Think of it like this: if optimal, stable life is zero, therapy can help someone move from minus ten back to zero, back to functioning, calm and safety.

Coaching on the other hand, is designed to build outcomes. It is focused on solutions, goals, strategy and implementation in real life. It takes you from zero to plus ten. It helps you create traction, make decisions, act with discipline and change results through specific steps. In love and relationships, that means structure, standards, boundaries, communication strategy and behavior you can actually execute, not endless analysis.

You can combine therapy and coaching. If you are in therapy, coaching can support you beautifully by helping you apply what you are learning, translate insight into action and stay consistent between sessions. I don’t replace your therapist; I help you implement, move forward and take action.

Are there situations you do not accept?

Yes. If there is physical violence, threats, or immediate danger, I decline. In those situations you must use local emergency and legal services. Also, if your request is not about romantic relationships, it is outside scope.

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are final and not refundable, including packages. Please book only when you are ready to protect the time and do the work.

Each session can be rescheduled once without losing payment. Further rescheduling of the same session means it is treated as completed and forfeited. If rescheduling is requested less than one week before the session, another full payment is required. In a package, you can reschedule up to thirty percent of sessions across the whole package.

Cancellation results in a loss of the paid amount. If your schedule is unstable, choose a later date.

What happens if my internet is weak or something fails technically during the session?

Here is the practical protocol. If your connection drops, we attempt reconnection immediately. If we cannot reconnect within ten minutes, we switch to audio call on the number that you provided if possible. If the technical problem is on your side, the session time still runs and there is no refund, credit, or replacement date. That is why you must secure stable internet, working audio and a quiet place before we start. If the problem is on my side and we cannot continue, I reschedule the session.

Can I record the session?

Not without prior written permission. If you want to remember everything, take notes. At the end, I will summarize your action plan so you leave with clarity.
