If we cannot reconnect within ten minutes, we switch to audio call on the number that you provided if possible. If the technical problem is on your side, the session time still runs and there is no refund, credit, or replacement date. That is why you must secure stable internet, working audio and a quiet place before we start. If the problem is on my side and we cannot continue, I reschedule the session.
