What exactly is the Yäger Code Protocol?
It is a five session process that aims to reduce the emotional charge attached to specific internal triggers and to loosen automatic reactions that keep repeating, especially in love, trust, habits and self worth. The work is structured and sequential. Each session builds on the previous one, so the process feels like progression, not like restarting from zero every time.
How does the booking process work, step by step?
You click FILL OUT AN APPLICATION and complete the application form. The form is fully confidential and only I have access to it. Your answers help me evaluate whether I can genuinely help you with what you want, so you do not waste time or money on the wrong kind of support. It also gives me essential context, so when we meet we start strong and don’t spend your paid time on basics.
If I review your application and I believe the Yäger Code Protocol is not the right support for your situation, I’ll recommend a more suitable type of consultation or guide you toward the next best step, so you still leave with direction rather than a dead end.
If I see that I can help you, I or my consultant will contact you by email or phone within forty eight hours to arrange a date and time that fits your schedule. You then receive a payment link and have eight hours to complete payment. Once payment is received, your booking is confirmed and your session is secured.
How does the session work and how do we meet?
Our session is held online, either on Zoom or Google Meet. On the day of your session, you will receive the meeting link no later than one hour before we begin and often earlier. At your scheduled time, you simply click the link and join the video call. No complicated setup, no guessing, no extra steps. You need a quiet place where nobody will disturb you during the session.
Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you tell me is confidential. I treat your story with discretion and respect and I don’t disclose your information to third parties. There is only one narrow exception: if I believe there is a real risk of serious harm to you or to someone else, I may be required to take protective action. In rare situations, this can include contacting appropriate emergency services.
How long is each session and why does the duration vary?
Each session typically lasts between one and two hours. The variation exists because responsiveness differs from person to person, and the work is paced to your nervous system rather than forced into a rigid clock. The goal is effectiveness and precision, not rushing through a script. Shorter session is not worse than a long one; it’s simply tailored to your needs.
What does a session look like and what do I actually do during it?
You won’t be asked to perform or entertain me with a perfect story. We work with a clear target, such as a specific reaction, block, fear, or repeating pattern. The session is guided and deliberate. You stay present, you follow the process and we keep the focus tight, so the session ends with a noticeable shift in how the target feels inside you, rather than a long intellectual discussion about why you are the way you are.
Do I need to talk about childhood or painful memories for this to work?
No. This protocol is often chosen by women who are tired of retelling their pain. You don’t need to know the origin of the issue for the work to begin. If a memory appears naturally, we handle it with care, but the process does not depend on detailed autobiographical excavation.
I have several issues I want to work on. Can we solve everything in one session, or within one five session protocol?
One session or one five session protocol focuses on one issue at a time, by design. The structure of this work is precise: we identify a single target, clear it systematically and then reinforce that change so it holds under real life pressure. Trying to merge multiple unrelated targets into one protocol usually dilutes the effect and turns a focused process into a scattered one.
If you have several issues, we choose the one that is most central. Often, when that core issue is released, other symptoms soften on their own. But when your challenges are truly separate, they require separate processes. That is how this method stays efficient and clean.
How will I feel after a session?
Most of my clients describe the first hours after a session as mentally quiet, as if something inside finally stopped pushing and pulling at them. But it is also normal for your system to need time to integrate what has shifted.
For the first two or three days, you may feel emotionally tender, unusually tired, or simply “off,” as if your mind is processing in the background. Some clients notice very vivid, intense dreams during that period. That does not mean something is wrong. It’s often the mind’s way of reorganizing and filing away emotional material once the old charge has been reduced.
After that short integration window, the most common experience is a gradual sense of relief and lightness. The same trigger that used to spike anxiety or obsessive thinking starts to feel quieter and less urgent. You feel more settled in yourself, less reactive and more able to choose your response instead of being pulled into an automatic pattern.

However, you will be asked to observe your responses in real life so we can confirm what shifted, what remains, and what the next target should be. The work is efficient, but it’s not passive.
Is this method appropriate if I'm currently in a relationship crisis?
If the crisis is acute and time sensitive, your first step is usually an emergency session such as SOS Love Rescue™, because you need immediate decision making and communication strategy. Or, if your crisis is deeper you may need a therapy or even crisis intervention with mental health professional.
The Yäger Code Protocol is better when the deeper pattern keeps sabotaging you, even after you know what you should do.
Is this a spiritual or mystical service?
No. It is a coaching service that uses a specific method of guided inner work associated with hypnotherapy traditions. If you want religion, ritual, or ideology, this is not that. If you want precise emotional change without theatricality, this is closer to what you are looking for.
Is this medical or psychological treatment?
No. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment and it does not replace such services. It’s coaching and guided inner work.
What is the difference between one session and the five session protocol, and why is the package recommended?
One session can create a meaningful shift, especially when the target is clear. The five session protocol is designed for deeper pattern architecture. It allows us to address the central block first, then clear secondary layers that often re activate the old response if they are left untouched. The package is recommended when you are not interested in temporary relief and you want the change to hold under real life pressure.
Sometimes a smaller, surface level issue can be resolved in a single session, especially if it’s not deeply rooted and it does not have many layers of conditioning behind it. However, for most meaningful patterns, the full five session protocol is the standard for lasting change.
What is your refund policy?
All purchases are final and not refundable, including packages. Please book only when you are ready to protect the time and do the work.
Each session can be rescheduled once without losing payment. Further rescheduling of the same session means it is treated as completed and forfeited. If rescheduling is requested less than one week before the session, another full payment is required. In a package, you can reschedule up to thirty percent of sessions across the whole package.
Cancellation results in a loss of the paid amount. If your schedule is unstable, choose a later date.
What happens if my internet is weak or something fails technically during the session?
Here is the practical protocol. If your connection drops, we attempt reconnection immediately. If we cannot reconnect within ten minutes, we switch to audio call on the number that you provided if possible. If the technical problem is on your side, the session time still runs and there is no refund, credit, or replacement date. That is why you must secure stable internet, working audio and a quiet place before we start. If the problem is on my side and we cannot continue, I reschedule the session.
Can I record the session?
Not without prior written permission. If you want to remember everything, take notes. At the end, I will summarize your action plan so you leave with clarity.
